Foundations: In this class dancers engage in exercises that escalate in formality, encompassing both barre and center work.

Ballet 1: This class is crafted to enhance coordination, balance and form. Dancers initiate practice at an elevated pace.

Ballet 2: This class is tailored for dancers at the intermediate-advanced level, featuring intricate center combinations.

Teen Contemporary: This class combines technical training with flowing, expressive movement. Dancers will refine their technique, improve flexibility with comprehensive stretching exercises, and explore the art of contemporary dance.

Teen/Adult Ballet Class: This class will fine tune the basic principles of ballet while introducing more advanced steps at the barre and centre.

Teen/Adult Contemporary Class: An open level contemporary dance class welcomes dancers of all skill levels, focusing on fundamental techniques, creative exploration, and personal expression in a supportive environment.
